MT5批量向上挂单脚本

MT5交易者很多时候需要同时放置很多挂单，而传统的做法只能是一单一单的挂，这样费时费力。而向上挂单脚本解决了这样的问题。简单来说，该脚本可以同时在高于当前价格的位置同时放置多个挂单。

脚本参数：

Gap for pending orders UP from the current price (in pips)：当前价格与第一个挂单之间的距离；

Step between orders UP (in pips)：挂单与挂单之间的距离；

Type of pending orders UP：挂单的类型；

UP quantity：向上挂单的数量；

Lots：每个挂单的手数；

Stop Loss (in pips)：止损；

Take Profit (in pips)：止盈。
